Conferences are scheduled as follows:

• Online conferences on Friday, October 23rd from 12:40 pm – 5:00 pm – Click here to access a list of links for teacher conferences.
• In-person conferences on Wednesday afternoon, October 28th from 12:40 pm – 5:00 pm
• Online conferences on Thursday evening, October 29th from 5:30 – 8:50 pm – Click here to access a list of links for teacher conferences.

Parents will use  Virtual Paragon to schedule conferences.

Returning families may need to reset passwords and new families will need to create a new account for 2026-2027 SY in order to schedule conferences using the Virtual Paragon system. Go to  www.virtualparagon.com/princetoncharter/conference/  (Detailed instructions on how to sign up, including the link and master password have been made available via the newsletter.)

The sign-up window will begin on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM.  The sign-up system will close at 12 PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Once the period has ended, you will not be able to schedule or change conferences.

Please use RSchoolsToday to upload all back to school information online. Parents must submit the following for each child at Charter: 

• Medical Questionnaire – Medical forms and information, and  if applicable, medical/allergy plans
• Student Acceptable Use Policy  Form (needed to allow students to use technology at PCS)
• Media and Publicity Consent Form
• Class Trip Permission Form
• Athletic participation forms (grades 6-8).

Admissions Lottery – will be held on Tuesday, March 12 at 4:00PM.  Anyone may attend in person at 100 Bunn Drive, 5-8 building, room M105. The lottery will also be streamed live, via zoom using this link.  Results will be available on the website on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

In-district applicants: You will have received a lottery ID number from the admissions office when you submitted your lottery registration form.

In-district residents will receive a letter of offer or a wait list number for AY 2023-24 shortly.

Out-of-district residents were not included in the lottery as in-district registrations far outnumbered available spots.

In-person conferences on Friday, 2/3/23 only.

Thursday, 2/2 and Thursday, 2/8 conferences are by Zoom.
