PCS Friends

Friends of Princeton Charter School (“Friends”) is a 501c(3) non-profit corporation established in 1997.  Friends is a Parent Teacher Organization (“PTO”) dedicated to supporting and enriching the educational outcomes of the children enrolled in Princeton Charter School (“PCS”). Friends’ activities include raising funds (charitable donations) for the immediate needs of PCS and otherwise supporting PCS teachers and students.

Funds raised by Friends of PCS have been utilized wholly or in part to:

    • Fund and/or subsidize the existing after-school programs, including sports, science, music, chess and art clubs
    • Fund critical priority needs for teachers and administration
    • Fund special guest visits, school picnics, student field days, and student class trips
    • Purchase classroom supplemental materials
    • Purchase Chromebooks, Tablets, Monitors, to enable technology for all grades and students
    • Provide teacher training grants
    • Provide support for economically disadvantaged students and families
