Please use RSchoolsToday to upload all back to school information online. Parents must submit the following for each child at Charter: 

• Medical Questionnaire – Medical forms and information, and  if applicable, medical/allergy plans
• Student Acceptable Use Policy  Form (needed to allow students to use technology at PCS)
• Media and Publicity Consent Form
• Class Trip Permission Form
• Athletic participation forms (grades 6-8).
